Welcome to your home away from home! It brings me immense joy to extend a warm greeting to you as you embark on your holiday adventure at our cozy abode. I trust that your journey here was filled with excitement and anticipation, and I hope that your stay with us exceeds all expectations. Before you dive into the delights that await you, I wanted to take a moment to ensure that your experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Thank you again and here is some information to help you to get the most out of your stay. Please just take a minute to read through the following information in order to familiarise yourself with our house and check in procedure.

 We have a ‘key box’ which allows our guests to ‘self check-in’. The key box is attached to the door frame at the entrance to the building (on the left side).‍

Getting to the Apartment

From Paphos Airport 1) Taxi is the quickest service to the apartment door, usually 25-30 mins and at a cost of approx. 60Euros approx. per journey. 2) Rent Car – SIXT CAR RENTAL - BUDGET CAR RENTAL -  AVIS CAR RENTAL

From Larnaca Airport 1) Taxi is the quickest service to the apartment door, usually 2 hours and at a cost is depends from the offer that you will get. You can check from GET A TRANSFER‍

‘Self Check-in’ Procedure

We are operating a contactless check in method and we would request that guests ‘self check-in’ using the convenient ‘ Black Lock Box’ located at the left side of the main gate. Please see photos below (which should be self-explanatory).

Check-in is from 3.00pm onwards (or we can sometimes allow earlier access if you arrange this beforehand). Once you arrive at the location, you’ll see the main gate and the key box is located on left hand side of the door.

The code for the lock box is ‘1202’. (please try to remember to close the lock box and scramble the code again).

 You’ll find 3 keys on the key box.

1 ) Use one key, the smaller one, for the ‘main gate to get access into the property. Then need to slide the gate to the right all the way to the end so you can park the car inside. 2) Use second key for the main door of the house and third key for the glass door.

Once you’re in the property, here are some important things you’ll need to know!

The Wifi router / box is a white box next to the TV table in the living room. Wi-fi details as follows:  Network: B628_BB66 Password: 3Ti4L7BT57m

If you are having issues please check the restart the router.

Wait until all the 3 lights are on.

Television
There is a TV (with 1 remote control) in the living room. It has a NETFLIX Package and many more app. There is not any antenna installed but easy you can find throw browser online Live Tv. Feel free to sign in to at your own accounts if you want too.

Cooling or Heating, Hot Water and Bathrooms

1) Cooling or Heating – The house heats and cooling up quickly with the A/C unit that we have at the living room. Please use the remote control to adjust the mode and the temperature that is confident with you.

2) Hot Water - The house is heated with an external device outside of the house. How to use it. You will find a button next to the Bathroom to at the left side. When you switch it on the device will star warm the water immediate. KEEP IN MIND TO SWICHT IT OFF WHEN YOU DONE.

3) Bathroom / Toilets – Very Important. Don’t throw anything at the toilet as the drain system will block. DO NOT put ‘wet or sanitizing wipes’, tampons or ‘sanitary towels’ down any of the toilets systems as the pipes will block and it be a big problem and inconvenience to everyone concerned. If the system breaks and there is evidence of something down the pipes that should not be then there is a fee of 150 Euros that would be chargeable.

Rubbish Disposal When taking out the rubbish, you’ll see black bin for you to dispose of waste. Please dispose of ALL WASTE on departure.

Safety Information / Risk Assessment

General - Please you need to beware of certain risks / risk assess so that you can safely enjoy your stay. Very importantly, in case of a fire at the kitchen and anywhere inside the house you will find attach at the door the following

1)Fire Extinguisher - 2)Fire Blanket

 You are aloud to use the incase of fire ONLY. Don’t use them for fun. We provide also First AID kit. You will find in the cabinet above the kitchen vent.

Windows Risk The traditional windows are opened full. Please make sure that you will close all the windows when you leave the house.

Other Health and Safety Please do not put any hot pans on the work top. Do not use knives on the work tops, cooker top or the table, please use the chopping boards provided.

For your personal safety, please ensure you pull the door fully closed and the main gate when leaving the house / building. Please take the keys with you, if the doors close behind you, you will not be able to get in (i.e. without a key).

Iron / Ironing Board There is an iron / ironing board you will find it behind the wardrobe.

General Informations Please treat our house with respect (as you would your own home).

The apartment is NON-smoking. Please ensure all doors and windows are securely shut each time you leave the apartment and the environment will also thank you if you switch off the the A/C unit and the HOT WATER button.

Please do not play loud music after 11PM.

Kritou Tera Mini Market At the village you will find a mini market with the following working hours 08:30 – 10:00 and 14:00 – 16:00

Check Out Procedure. Check out is by 11.00am please (our cleaner is usually there promptly at 11am). Please ensure that all lights are switched off.

Cleaning / Clearing up Please leave all pots and dishes clean and also ensure all rubbish is removed from the flat and the bags placed in large black bin outside the property.

Breakages If there are any accidental breakages, please do let us know.

Keys / Locking up Please leave the set of keys in our lockbox (at the entrance to the building) and please remember to scramble the code after shutting it).

Fire Safety Smoking only accepted outside of the house. Vapes and Electronic cigarettes are aloud. Don’t forget to blow out the candles. Always pay attention when using the stove, oven and toaster and make sure these appliances are switched off when leaving the apartment or when going to bed. There is a fire blanket and fire extinguisher in the kitchen at the door.

WE DON’T HAVE ANY heat detector or smoke detectors in all the rooms in case of a fire. Incase of an emergency “Get out, stay out and telephone “112”
