Who we are
In the charming village of Kritou Tera, Cyprus, stand two beautiful houses that I now rent to guests seeking a peaceful retreat. These homes hold deep family roots — one of them belonged to my great-grandfather, a man who raised 8 children within its stone walls. To this day, it remains in our family, carefully preserved to honor its history and character.
Kritou Tera itself is a traditional Cypriot village nestled on the hills of Paphos, known for its cobbled streets, stone-built houses, and the iconic fountain at the village square. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers stunning views over the Akamas Peninsula and easy access to hiking trails, gorges, and some of Cyprus’s most beautiful, hidden beaches.
Staying in these homes is not just about comfort — it’s about experiencing authentic Cypriot heritage, embraced by the tranquility and beauty of this historic village and its breathtaking surroundings.
